送貨服務 (香港地區) 

l   送貨服務費亦只需HK$100~150(視乎地區)。如顧客指定送貨至離島或偏遠地區，包括機場、大嶼山、長洲、坪洲、南丫島、愉景灣及馬灣等，將提供個別報價。

l   倘若我們未能提供訂單上的任何產品，我們會於送貨前以電話或電郵通知顧客。

l   送貨安排將會在惡劣的天氣下暫停 ,例如八號烈風懸掛或黑色暴雨警告生效時，送貨服務時間或會延遲，我們將會聯絡顧客更改送貨日期。

l   送貨至指定地點，敬請顧客在指定時間內，簽收貨品。

l   如若送貨當日顧客要求更改送貨安排，顧客可能需要承擔有關的額外費用。

l   顧客請提供完整郵寄地址以避免運輸上延誤及額外行政費用。本公司保留對不完整或錯誤郵寄地址而引致延誤及損失保留收取額外運費的權利。

l   送貨只限於地面交收或有電梯直達此樓層單位。如送貨服務需要使用樓梯，

Delivery to HONG KONG only

l   Any purchase above HK$700 will enjoy the free delivery services. If the purchase is less than HK$1,500, an extra delivery charge of HK$700 will be charged. If customer requires delivery service to outlying islands or remote areas, such as the airport, Lantau Island, Cheung Chau, Peng Chau, Lamma Island, Discovery Bay, and Ma Wan, separate quotation will be provided.

l   Within 30 days while stock available from Supplier.

l   In the event that we are unable to supply any of the ordered products, we will notify customer by phone or email before delivery.

l   Delivery will be suspended under bad weather, e.g. when typhoon signal No.8 or a black rain warning is hoisted. In such event, customer will be contacted to re-schedule the delivery time.

l   Customer should be present to receive the goods at the agreed delivery time.

l   If customer is not available to receive delivery at the scheduled time and requests an alternative delivery arrangement, customer shall bear the additional cost to be incurred.

l   All delivered orders cannot be cancelled or returned. Customer shall provide the full detailed address for the delivery to avoid on the failure of delivery or mistake. Customer shall bear the additional cost to be incurred for the misunderstanding.

l   If no lift is available at the delivery address and requires the use of stairs,

an extra fee of will be charged with the details as below:.
