Testing in 3 easy steps

The CONTOUR ®PLUS meter from Ascensia is easy to use.
You're just three simple steps away from completing a remarkably accurate diabetes test.

1. Insert the grey end of a CONTOUR ®Plus test strip into the meter. 

   The meter will turn on.

2. When the apply blood screen appears, lightly touch a drop of blood to the test strip. 

   Hold it there until the meter beeps.

3. Wait 5 seconds. At the end of the countdown, your test result will be displayed. 

   To turn the meter off, simply remove the test strip.
